Yes! While our platters come in classic styles, we can accommodate special requests for your casserole, including ingredient preferences and portion sizes. Just let us know when placing your order.

How do I get my order?

All orders are available for pickup at our St. Simons Seafood market.

Keep platters refrigerated until serving for maximum freshness. Salmon and shrimp platters are typically served cold. Casseroles will need to be reheated, and the heating instructions will be provided on the casserole itself.
